Who is qualified to become a Newport Arboretum Professional Partner?

Our Professional Partners are those professionals in the green industry (or related industries such as construction) who are helping The Newport Arboretum fulfill their goal of planting a true citywide arboretum in all four corners of our city, on public and private land.

If you are a landscaper, gardener, landscape architect, arborist, horticulturist, landscape designer, architect, engineer, construction company or nursery, and you grow, plant or plan for trees, then you can help us in our quest to Hit 500! species and cultivars in our Living Collections.

How do I get started?

Fill out the Professional Partners Registration Form to let us know that you would like your name to be listed as an official Newport Arboretum Professional Partner. It’s free, quick and easy!

Now help us by planting or documenting new trees anywhere in the city of Newport (especially new species and cultivars that do not yet exist in our collections). Refer to our Hit 500! tree wish list when thinking about new trees for your clients and customers. Or get creative and add a new species or cultivar that we haven’t yet thought of. Check our online tree map at RhodyTrees.org to see if we have a particular species already planted in Newport.
