Dear Newport Resident,
New this year we are offering the Katsura tree with its unique foliage and form. There is a narrow growing American Linden called Continental Appeal and a maple cross, called Crimson Sunset Maple with distinctive purple summer foliage.
For the sponsorship cost of $70, the city will provide and plant a tree that can be setback up to 20′ from the road onto private property. Please forward this application to anyone who might be interested in sponsoring a tree and support our efforts to sustain our community forest.
